Where? St. John Presbyterian Church Learning Center When? July 11th - August 1st Every Monday Violin I (beginners) 2:00 - 3:30pm Violin II (at least 1 year of experience) 3:30 - 5:00pm What? A fun way to keep practicing violin during the summer! We will learn new songs and improve technique, as well as take a holistic approach to other aspects of a musical education. We will have a recital for family and friends on August 1st, the last day of camp, at 4:00pm, so your children will have an opportunity to show off all that they have learned. Who? Children between ages 3-12. There will be two levels that students can enter: one for complete beginners, and one for students with at least 1 year of prior violin experience, so no experience is necessary in order to attend! How much? The camp will cost $60/child for all four weeks. This boils down to $10/hour per child, which is the lowest standard group violin class rate. Payment is due June 28th, 2011 in order to reserve a spot for the camp. Please mail a check or money order to Megyn Neff, 1006 East Comanche Avenue, Tampa, FL 33604. For an electronic payment option, write me a note in the form on the Contact page, and I'll send you more information. |
